Site Policies

Product Selection and Quality:

Merchants on our multi-merchant marketplace are fully accountable to their supplier agreement. This agreement includes, among other things, confirmation that their products and content are allowed by the manufacturers to be listed on our site, as well as supplier guarantee that their products are of good quality and not misrepresented on jClub.com. Whenever a supplier tells us an item that is not brand new, jClub will disclose this information on the product page.

Open box items are new products whose packaging has been opened. They're always quality checked, guaranteed to be in working order, and look as brand new items should; they are often repacked in bulk packaging. Because they are no longer technically brand new, we don't refer to them as such.

Refurbished items are products that have been restored to working condition by the manufacturer or a qualified vendor. They are usually shipped in bulk packaging. Sometimes, these products will not include original accessories.

Product Availability:

The jClub website may contain information regarding the availability of certain merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after order placement. Unfortunately, this information cannot guarantee that an item listed as in stock at the time it is ordered will actually ship right away, as inventory can change rapidly. In rare cases when the item is not available, we may notify you by email regarding a credit or refund. Your order status will reflect whether or not items have shipped.

jClub.com Credits:

jClub.com reserves the right to expire credits at any time, at its sole discretion. Credit balances are non-transferrable.

Miscellaneous:

jClub.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time, at its sole discretion.

Shipping:

All items on the jClub site will ship for free within the continental U.S. at all times (shipping outside the continental U.S. is not available). You will not be billed until your product ships. That means that you'll see one charge per shipment for whatever item or items are included in that shipment. If you have ordered multiple items at one time, you may receive multiple shipments (and therefore see multiple charges).

Returns:

For most items, including final sale items that are damaged or defective, you have 30 days from the receipt of delivery to make a free return. You won’t have to pay any return shipping costs. You’ll need to contact us via email at support@jclub.com from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST, to request a return.

Payment and Billing:

jClub.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and jClub credits as payment. You will not be billed until product ships.
